Bang Bang Chicken




INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE SÄUCE:
  1. 1/2 cup mäyonnäise
  2. 1 1/2 Tbsp chili gärlic säuce (I use THIS bränd)
  3. 1 tsp gränuläted sugär
  4. 1 tsp rice vinegär


FOR THE EGG MIXTURE:
  1. 1 egg, beäten
  2. 3/4 cup milk


FOR THE BREÄDING:
  1. 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breästs, cut into 1 inch cubes
  2. 1 1/2 cup flour
  3. 1 1/2 cup pänko breädcrumbs
  4. 2 tsp sält
  5. 1 tsp bläck pepper
  6. 1/2 tsp onion powder
  7. 1/2 tsp gärlic powder
  8. 1/2 tsp dried bäsil


DIRECTIONS:
  1. Preheät oven to 375°F. Line ä lärge bäking sheet with pärchment päper. Set äside
  2. Combine äll the säuce ingredients in ä smäll bowl with ä spoon. Cover änd set äside until reädy to use.
  3. In ä smäll bowl, combine egg änd milk änd whisk together. Set äside.
  4. In ä lärge ziploc bäg, combine flour, breädcrumbs, sält, pepper, onion powder, gärlic, änd bäsil. Zip closed änd shäke until mixed.
