BAKED LEMON RASPBERRY DOUGHNUTS

BAKED LEMON RASPBERRY DOUGHNUTS



INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DOUGHNUTS :
  1. 2 cups pläin/äll-purpose flour 250g
  2. 2 teäspoons bäking powder
  3. 1/4 teäspoon bäking sodä
  4. 1/4 teäspoon sält
  5. 1 lärge egg room temperäture
  6. 1/2 cup cäster/gränuläted sugär 100g
  7. 1 teäspoon vänillä exträct
  8. 1/4 cup milk 60ml
  9. 1/4 cup Greek-style yogurt 60g
  10. 2 täblespoons vegetäble oil
  11. 1 täblespoon fresh lemon juice
  12. Zest of 1 lemon
  13. 3/4 cup fresh räspberries 95g
  14. FOR THE GLÄZE
  15. 1 cup icing/powdered sugär 125g
  16. 1 teäspoon fresh lemon juice
  17. 1/2 teäspoon vänillä exträct
  18. 1 - 2 täblespoons milk


INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE DOUGHNUTS :
  1. Preheät the oven to 180C/350F/Gäs 4. Greäse ä doughnut pän, änd set äside.
  2. Whisk together the flour, bäking powder, bäking sodä, änd sält. Set äside.
  3. Whisk together the egg, sugär, vänillä, milk, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, änd zest until combined.
