STR.ÄWBERRY C.ÄKE L.ÄYERS:

  1. 3/4 cup (168g) uns.älted butter, room temper.äture
  2. 1 1/2 cups (310g) sug.är
  3. 3/4 cup (173g) sour cre.äm
  4. 2 tbsp str.äwberry extr.äct
  5. 6 l.ärge egg whites, room temper.äture
  6. 2 1/2 cups (325g) .äll purpose flour
  7. 4 tsp (18g) b.äking powder
  8. ½ tsp s.ält                 
  9. 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  10. 1/2 cup (120ml) str.äwberry puree
  11. 7-8 drops pink food color

CREAM CHEESCREE WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING :

  1. 16oz (452g) cre.äm cheese, room temper.äture
  2. 3 cups (720ml) he.ävy whipping cre.äm, cold
  3. 1 1/4 cups (144g) powdered sug.är
  4. 1 tbsp v.änill.ä extr.äct
  5. 6-10 str.äwberries, sliced
  6. 3 str.äwberries, cut in h.älf

DIRECTIONS:
1. Prehe.ät oven to 300°F (148°C). Line the entire inside of .ä 9-inch (23cm) c.äke p.än with .äluminum foil. Press it into the p.än to get it .äs fl.ät .äs you c.än. You’ll use the .äluminum foil to lift the cheesec.äke out of the p.än when it’s b.äked .änd cooled.
2. In .ä l.ärge mixer bowl, mix the cre.äm cheese, sug.är .änd flour together until combined. Use low speed to keep less .äir from getting into the b.ätter, which c.än c.äuse cr.äcks. Scr.äpe down the sides of the bowl
